This Display Recognition is available ONLY to authorized recipients who possess orders, or authorization form, or release documentation that confirms award eligibility. (See "Issue Requirements"). To obtain either a Display Medal or a Display Recognition for your authorized award you will be required to provide military-issued documentation authorizing your award. There are no exceptions.

Military Sealift Command's mission is to support our nation by delivering supplies and conducting specialized missions across the world's oceans; Providing high-quality, efficient and cost-effective ocean transportation for the Department of Defense and other federal agencies during peacetime and war; Managing a mix of government-owned and long-term-chartered dry cargo ships and tankers, as well as additional short-term or voyage-chartered ships, utilizing U.S - flagged commercial Ships.
