1. Complete the Veteran Organization Community Resident Notification form to notify local veterans organizations of your residence in the community. MEMBERSHIP IN A VETERANS ORGANIZATION IS NOT REQUIRED. (Ignore any questions on Form 219-AMW you do not wish to respond to).

3. If you served in the military your name and some of your information may already be listed in The War Library's online database. You can search for your name in the secure database (not accessible via any over-the-counter webbrowser [*]), or you can register your name:
