The Congress Recognizes that, as Described in the Commission on Wartime Relocation and Internment of Civilians, a Grave Injustice was done to both Citizens and Permanent Residents of Japanese Ancestry by the Evacuation, Relocation, and Internment of Civilians during World War Two.
